About the Position | This position is the first contact for the busy Residence Life department within Student Affairs. Responsible for providing accurate and timely information in person, by phone and email regarding all aspects of the Residence Life office. Operating as on campus housing for 549 students and for shorter term conferencing during the spring and summer term, the work demands require a high degree of organization, ability to work with frequent interruptions, and offer exemplary customer service. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support for Residence Life staff. |
